ABOUT WARRINGTON PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

Warrington Property Maintenance are a small to medium sized several trades contractor, with a well organised management team who operate a very much ‘hands on’ approach to Client Liaison, Supervision, Health and Safety and general organisation.

We operate with a versatile in-house labour force, which is supplemented with an extremely reliable network of sub-contractors for various specialist trades, which results in our ability to provide our Client’s with an ‘all-trades’ service.

We pride ourselves on delivering a competitive quality service to our existing Client base, which includes National Health Trust's, Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Royal Mail, Major Insurance Company's, Shopping Centre Property Management company's, Main Contractors, Private House Builders, as well as Private Client's.

With over 35 years experience in the building trade we offer a professional service at a competitive price. We carry out all forms of building refurbishment and repair work, painting and decorating, joinery, roofing, plastering, groundworks, drainage and pressure jetting, thermoplastic road lining and road resurfacing fabrication.

Although we are an expanding firm, we ensure that we never forget our roots, and give all of our clients the same attention and quality of service, regardless of the size of the contract. This is reflected in the amount of clients who use us for all their building and property maintenance requirements and have done so over a number of years.

We are members of the Federation of Master Builders, European Builders Confederation and Constructionline.
